At Matters of Mind, we believe mental health support should feel safe, compassionate, and approachable. Founded by Tejeswini Bichal, a Rehabilitation Counselor and mental health professional, Matters of Mind was created with the vision of helping individuals feel heard, understood, and emotionally supported without judgment.
The journey behind Matters of Mind began with a deep understanding of how silently people struggle while balancing emotions, relationships, responsibilities, workplace pressure, and personal expectations. This realization inspired the creation of a space where emotional wellbeing is treated with empathy, awareness, and structured support rather than fear or stigma.
We provide personalized and structured support for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, ASD, relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, workplace stress, and psychosocial concerns. Our approach combines emotional understanding with practical therapeutic interventions focused on resilience, confidence, communication, emotional regulation, and healthier coping mechanisms in everyday life.
Beyond therapy and counseling, Matters of Mind actively conducts mental health awareness programs in schools, corporate organizations, and gated communities through community wellness initiatives and Mind Circle sessions. These programs focus on parenting awareness, neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, workplace wellness, women’s mental health, and creating emotionally healthier environments for children, families, and professionals, helping build stronger, emotionally aware communities, one conversation at a time.
Founded by a licensed psychologist, we offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health support.
